• Started Pranking Back – (If you missed this – I “asked out” one of the culprits live at Rev in front of over 120 people!) Then we put peanut butter on their cars and wrapped them in saran wrap!

I got in an accident on Tuesday – the Saturn is totaled

Mr. McFeely made an appearance at 19 North – It was awesome! We all got pictures with him and autographs! So Much fun!

On Sunday we took a group of students to the Fitzgerald House on Pitt’s campus to serve at the Special Olympics Basketball Tournament – it was a great time.

I had to add this picture! This was my favorite athlete at the Special Olympics – he was awesome! He owned!

So overall – crazy, but good week….

• Here are my favorite blog posts/articles from the past 2 weeks

• Faith Projects – I had lunch with a mentor and he challenged me to have “faith projects” in my life. Things I’m believing God for – it really challenged me – What are you believing God for?

• Compassion – I saw the movie “Taken” and for one of the first times in my life – my eyes are being awakened to global issues. The movie is specifically about human trafficking. I’ve known about them before and felt bad, but never really had compassion and the desire to do something about it before – God’s brewing some new things in my heart along these lines – interesting!

• This series by Keith Moore has been building me up big time – ONE OF THE BEST MESSAGES I’VE HEARD is the last one – “Power to Reap” – listen to it!

• 19 North - the big announcement has been made – Mr. McFeely will be making an appearance in March – Don’t want to miss that! 19 North has been averaging 170 people over the last 3 weeks (explosive growth) and it shows no sign of stopping~! Zack shared the vision of 19 North this past Saturday - A MUST LISTEN TO message

• Revolution - we’ve been tearing it up lately – we’ve kicked off our small groups and they’re going very well. Our leaders are doing a great job!

• Marine Corps Marathon - We’re getting a group together to run this marathon in October – registration starts April 1st – anyone interested?

• Growth – I’m in a season where I know I’m growing more than I could imagine, but I can’t really put a finger on everything God is teaching me. I’m very interested to see what it will be like to look back on this season of my life.

I could go on…. but that is enough for now – time for dinner!

• I had an absolute blast on the ski trip – I always look forward to that every year

• I had an old friend from high school come to church with me today – I’m pretty excited about his life

• Marathon training is going well - the marathon is nearly 3 months away – time is flying!

• We had our best attendance at Revolution on a Wednesday in a long time – that pumps me up!

• Sean, Cory, and I got to play video games the other night for hours – haven’t had a night like that in forever – it was a blast!

• Zack finished up 19 North’s January series: Hope last night – I’d highly recommend listening to the podcast

• God’s Love – Zack had Ken Geisel share his testimony of overcoming cancer at 19 North via video and in person. He said something that rocked my world: He said, “Through the process I learned IF YOU KNOW HOW MUCH GOD LOVES YOU – IT’S OVER (YOU CAN DO ANYTHING). You might say to me, Ken, you’re telling me you went through all that sickness and fighting the fight and all you learned was that God loves you?? Yep!”
  • If we could only learn how much God loves us it would change our lives

• If you haven’t listened to Qualifying for God’s Best by Keith Moore – you’re missing out!

• I performed my first funeral service on Saturday – it was an honor and a privledge to be able to do that. I was really nervous, but God gave me the grace, and everything turned out alright. God’s Word always brings hope to people – so that made it a lot easier

• Revolution kicked off our new series “Dirty Little Secrets” this weekend – Pastor Nathan had a great message

• 19 North kicked off their series “Hope” and Zack Blair tore it up! You should listen to his message on hope here.

• The New Years Party we hosted at my house was a blast – a girl caught her hair on fire and spilled sauce on our carpet – other than that – it was a huge success

• I’m 2 weeks into training for the Pittsburgh Marathon with Scott Dozier and Chris Martin – through the process we’re all going to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically – it’s a joy to go through the journey with these guys!
