I Cor. 15:58 says this and I believe it with all my heart:

58Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

If you’re doing anything to invest in people … you need to stand on this verse. You’re making a bigger impact than you can imagine.
